A user establishes a WordPress account simply by logging into our WordPress system. Any user with an established account can be added to your site. Follow these steps to add a user to your site:

  • From your dashboard, click Users > Add new

  • Add existing user. (Only users that have previously logged into WordPress can be added)
  • Enter the user’s email
  • Select a role for the user
  • Check the Skip Confirmation Email if you want to add the user immediately to the site
